Pasaporte Colombia original , firmado con por lo menos 6 meses de validez..

Foto tipo Pasaporte: 2 Incluya una fotografía tipo pasaporte con fondo blanco y tomada durante los últimos 6 meses. También puede seleccionar subir la fotografía a su orden online para nosotros imprimirla. Hay un cargo extra asociado a este servicio.

Passport copy. A clear scan of the information page of your valid, signed passport.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of hotel reservations (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation).

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip (Applicant's name must be on itinerary).

Labor certification. Labor certification with signature of the legal representative and stamp, not older than thirty days, must specify monthly income, if independent must attach accountant certification.

Police Clearance. Certificate of Judicial Background, citizens may enter the website www.policia.gov.co in the Background link.

ID card. Copy of the Citizenship Certificate, if you are a minor copy of the Identity Card and/or civil birth certificate.

Request letter. Visa application letter addressed to the Consul General of Nicaragua specifying the reason for the trip, date of the trip and period of stay in Nicaragua, address and telephone number where you will stay, if invited, complete information of the inviter including the city.

Chamber of Commerce. Chamber of Commerce certificate of the company where you work

Invitation letter. If you are invited, you must attach an invitation letter from the host or inviting company (photocopy of the identity document of the person inviting you).

For minors. If you are a minor and traveling alone or in the company of only one parent, a copy of the exit permit is required.

Vaccination Certificate. International Fever Vaccine Certificate applied at least 10 days before the travel date (required upon arrival in the country).

For minors. If you are a minor, you must add:
Copy of identity card, civil registry
Photocopies of the identity cards of the parents.
Labor certificate of one of the parents
Letter explaining the reason for the trip, length of stay, places you visit, details of the person visiting, details of the person who accompanies you if you are not traveling with the parents. Letter signed by the parents.
Authorization to leave the country authenticated
Interview with the Consul.
