Travel Insurance . All travelers must have purchased the Inbound Travel Accident Insurance Policy with COVID-19 coverage from Myanmar Insurance. Insurance Certificate must be attached to the application. Applicants can purchase valid travel insurance through the website affiliate.

Itinerario. Itinerario, o billete de avión (con su nombre y número de reserva).

Vaccination Certificate. COVID 19 vaccination certificate showing that they have been fully vaccinated, at least 14 days before arrival to Myanmar, with one of the following vaccines which has been approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Vaccine Certificate must be attached to the application.
